RTG’s Leadership Development Program is designed to cultivate and enhance the skills and qualities necessary for effective leadership.
I am a professional Career Coach and will work with you to develop an action plan that will cultivate and enhance your skills and qualities necessary for effective leadership.
This is an eight-week program and includes the following:
1. Initial one-on-one meeting: You and I will meet via phone for up to an hour to discuss your objectives and develop an action plan.
2. Seven weekly 30-minute to one-hour meetings: topics include:
a. Skill Assessment and Enhancement: Develop essential leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
b. Succession Planning: Prepare future leaders to ensure a smooth transition and continuity within the organization.
c. Employee Engagement: Increase employee motivation and engagement by investing in their professional growth.
d. Organizational Performance: Improve overall organizational performance by fostering strong leadership at all levels.
