Resume Package
- A consultation to gather information about your career goals, the new job or opportunity, your education, your managerial and leadership experience, and associations/affiliations. The focus will be on leadership acumen needed in a new position.
- A consultation to learn how to research companies, identify opportunities, and identify peers within these companies that you will want to become a part of your professional network.
- Questions generated from the desired company and position to create the content of the resume and cover letter.
- A professionally written resume and cover letter in both Word and pdf format.
- Follow up to go over the accuracy and edits needed.
- Review of your LinkedIn Profile after the documents are completed to ensure your brand is well represented.

Interview Package
- Initial one-on-one meeting with your interview coach: You will initially meet via phone with your interview coach to go over the company and position that you are interviewing. Questions about the company and position will be sent prior to the mock interview to help the candidate truly prepare for the actual interview. We will discuss three types of questions that are typically asked: skills-based, behavioral, and situational and topics include the Company, Position, and Culture.
- Phone conversation: You will schedule a phone consultation with your career counselor. This consultation will go over your answers to the questions sent to you. The hour-long discussion will go over interview techniques, questions to prepare for, and questions to ask. We will also go over Salary and Offer Negotiation techniques.
- Mock Interview: You will schedule a mock interview with your coach. This interview will be an actual interview process where the RTG coach will act as the employer and you are the candidate for the position. The interview will last about 20 to 30 minutes, followed by 15 to 20 minutes to debrief to discuss results, suggestions, and answer questions.
- Follow-up call: Before an actual interview, you will schedule a follow-up call with your coach and go over how to prepare. We will reference the information learned from your mock interview, which will be very helpful.
- Continued Interview Coaching: Your coach will continue to work with you after the first interview. You do not have to do another mock interview, but you will talk about the company, the position and all the information that needs to be addressed before each interview.
Executive coaching is a long-term, ongoing, one-on-one relationship between a coach and a leader. It’s meant to help develop and strengthen the individual’s leadership capabilities, enabling you to improve your performance and the performance of your organization (and perhaps industry) as a whole.
We will meet weekly for 30 minutes to an hour for six months.
The process begins with a commitment between the coach (me) and the leader (you), both of us agreeing to remain objective. I, as your coach, will learn to understand your perspective of you as a leader/executive and the organization of where you are currently or where you want to go, which will be key to development. I will observe the short and long-term effects of your behavior and decisions and make a thorough assessment over the course of the initial coaching sessions, including getting to know your learning style. My goal is to help you as a leader/executive maximize your effectiveness through a long-term behavioral plan.
At this stage, I will deploy a variety of tools to gather a complete data set regarding your current leadership style and effectiveness. During this data-gathering stage, I will run some tests in personality, attitude, skills, and values. All this data combines into a powerful tool from which to plan future steps.
The next step is the feedback phase. I will focus on your behaviors instead of your character. This helps to digest the feedback better and displays that behavior is something that can be changed. I will put emphasis on your strengths to maintain confidence and enthusiasm. Once the feedback has been shared, we will work together to establish behavioral objectives that will work towards the greatest impact and improvement.
