2 Month Career Counseling Package

Tailored counseling sessions are based on where you are in life.

  1. Students: (18 and 25 years old)  RTG counselors will guide you through the process of discovering your strengths, aspirations, values, skills, and work interests.  Combined this will give you the opportunity to identify career options that fit your personality and interests.  You will learn how to research companies, occupations, industries, and identify the skills you have and skills that you need to obtain – and how to obtain them.
  2. Mid-Career: (26 to 40 years old)  The average time a person spends in one position is three to five years.  This means that a person is either in the job search or evaluation phase at least three to five times before they turn 40.  As with any professional (business, athletes, politicians, artists, etc.), counseling and coaching helps you stay on top of your game and be competitive.  It is one of the reasons that professional licenses and certifications require continued education.  RTG counselors will help you see the value of the skills that you have acquired, and develop an action plan on enhancing these skills and adding additional skills that will be valuable to employers (either current or new).
  3. Late-Career: (40s, 50s, 60s, 70+) Very few people today “retire.”  Many individuals find themselves in a situation that either they have to keep working, or they just want to keep working.  Social Security officially does not start until age 65, but many people want to continue working way past this age.  It gives them a sense of purpose, accomplishment and feeling alive.  When looking for a job after 40 or 50, many people feel that they lose to the younger generation, or they have to “settle” with a position.  RTG consultants will help you rediscover yourself by helping you identify the occupations that inspire passion in you, and then help you create an action plan that shows employers the vast skills and experiences that will be very valuable to the organization and help them grow, thrive, and train a new generation of successful professionals.
  4. Seasoned Professionals: (Directors, Vice Presidents, Presidents, C-Suite, Owners) Ask any executive and they will tell you they have a mentor or advisor, which means successful executives do not “go it alone.”  RTG can connect you with consultants that can help you build your brand and your team, become the visionary that you need to be, understand the business environment you are in or want to be in, find new opportunities that fit your interests, and share ways to help others become successful.
